We collect what we need to run a good gym. We don't sell it, we don't misuse it, and we're always happy to explain exactly what we hold.

Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact details — collected when you register for a trial, become a member, or contact us.

HEALTH INFORMATION
Relevant health or medical information you choose to share with us to ensure your safety during training. This is optional but recommended — particularly for members with pre-existing conditions.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Billing details for membership fees processed via direct debit. Payment processing is handled securely by our membership platform — we do not store full card details on our own systems.
USUAGE DATA
Basic website interaction data — pages visited, browser type, access times — collected through Squarespace analytics. This data is anonymous and used only to improve the site.

ZEN PLANNER
Our membership management platform. Zen Planner stores member records, processes bookings, and manages direct debits on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at zenplanner.com.
PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Secure third-party payment processors for direct debit management. No full card details are accessible to ELEV8 MMA staff.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our members, staff, or the public.
